Before treatment:
Please allow an extra half hour for the initial treatment so that a consultation can be carried out to ensure treatment is suitable to you. Initial Treatments for new customers will be subject to an additional £10 charge this is to cover the additional 30 mins or more for the consultation and postural checks and any extra time required for the massage. As a good will gesture returning customers will receive a discount on their 2nd treatment of 25% off. This is on 60 min + treatments Mon - Fri ONLY.
After treatment:
In order to help the healing process after treatment it is advisable that you drink plenty of water, avoid caffeine and alcohol for at least 12 hours, have light meals and try to relax as much as possible.
We are all unique and will respond to a treatment in our own way depending on what is going on in our lives and how we hold things in our bodies.

Cancellation Policy
24 hrs notice is required for cancelling
appointments if 24hrs are not given then 50% off the treatment will be
charged. This is due to a number of people cancelling appointments at
the last minute and ruining it for everyone else.
Bulk buy sessions, if 24 hrs notice is not given a treatment
will be removed of the bulk buy.
